Your name, email address, phone number, city and country, your selected interest in Kleresca® treatment and other information that you provide us voluntary, including your health information.
We process your Personal Data for the purposes of handling your request, confirming your identity and scoping the request, responding to you, documenting our handling of the request and our responses to you, understand who uses the website and how and to better understand needs and interests of visitors and users in order to improve the website.
If you do not disclose such information, the consequence is that FB Dermatology/Kleresca will not be able to provide the services you request.
